The DVR is an optimized version of the standard mechanical vacuum recompression, with a patented evaporation technology it is possible to an energy optimal evaporation without the rise of scaling insight the unit. With the DVR technology it is possible to concentrate salt and carbonate rich liquids up till concentration level. Current and potential industrial users/domains of application
The DVR can be applied anywhere where salts liquids needed to be concentrated for further processing or value creation with waste components. Concentration cheese production water till 34% TDS. Salt waste water from industries till 34 %TDS. Concentration of brine streams out of RO units. Concentration of anaerobic digester liquids. Production of artificial fertilizer out of digester liquids. Current state of development
The DVR is tested for several applications in the industry and agro applications, sales of 1-3 m3/h is started.
